The Company, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive) arising from or related to the provision or operation of 9-1-1 services. Customers acknowledge that 9-1-1 service may be limited or unavailable in the event of a power outage, broadband service interruption, or other technical failures beyond the Company’s control.
